Cook Your Meals Ahead of Time

It is delicious and I add some black beans for more protein and then keep it in the fridge. When I need a meal, I can heat a bowl up in the microwave and there is very little to think about regarding food choices. I eat a healthy meal and move on in my day. I also take single serving Shakeology packets when I am on the go and if I get hungry, I just add water and shake it up. This highly nutritious meal replacement if good for me and prevents me from grabbing some store bought disaster. I follow up my meal plan with a regular Pump workoutroutine and I am seeing amazing results. Regular, intense exercise with clean eating is the key to winning.
